These terms guide your experience at TURĀNGAWAEWAE 2026, April 24-26, 2026. They ensure trust and fairness for all. Last updated: September 2025.

1. Tickets and Bookings

- Tickets (Early Bird $100 adults, $60 teens 12-18 years, free kids under 12; Evening Pass $50) require full online payment for confirmation via kaalassic.com/turangawaewae. No cash accepted before or during the event.

- Capacity limited to 120 adults. Early Bird ends December 31, 2025. If unsold, adult price rises to $150 until sold out. All bookings must be pre-confirmed by March 31, 2026, to finalise numbers.

- No reservations without full payment. Confirmation emailed within 24 hours.

2. Payments and Refunds

- Full payment required upon booking for confirmation, non-refundable and non-transferable. No late payments or holds. Cancellation means losing your money and spot.

- Special Circumstances Policy: Full refund possible only for severe medical issues or family emergencies. Submit proof to info@kaalassic.com within 7 days of cancellation for review.

Fairness keeps management simple, with care for real needs.

3. What’s Included

- Adult tickets cover workshops, meals, and limited accommodation (camping, pre-approved only).

- Teen tickets (12-18 years) at $60 include activities, meals, and limited accommodation, with volunteering as a condition.

- Kids under 12 are free for the full event, covering activities, meals, and limited accommodation.

- Evening Pass includes Ground Hāngī dinner and entertainment.

- Accommodation Rules: Camping under strict management. Pre-approval required.

Alcohol and drugs prohibited throughout the event.

We deliver value you can trust, ensuring a safe space.

4. Liability and Safety

- Kaalassic holds public liability insurance. We are not liable for third-party issues unless negligent.

- Adults supervise kids. Valid Working with Children Checks needed for child-involved roles, including teen volunteers.

- Force majeure may adjust schedules. Liability caps at ticket cost.

5. Behavior and Conduct

- Respect all attendees and staff. No harassment or illegal acts. We can remove violators.

- Follow site rules at Hampton Hill Station.
